Leading refrigeration and tail-lift maintenance company, Marshall Thermo King Ltd, are pleased to announce the appointment of Michael Kilmister as Sales Manager. The 54 year old who has spent the last 10 years as UK Sales Manager with refrigeration manufacturer Thermo King, has been on secondment to MTK for the last six months, spearheading a major sales campaign on both product and after-sales service. “I have been extremely impressed with the team at Marshall and their philosophy of putting the customers first” he states. “Customers visiting the new Operations and Call Handling Centre in Cambridge have been able to follow the progress of one of their own jobs from first point of contact to the production of final invoice, with constant communication throughout.” Live, online job-tracking is just one of a number of fleet management tools offered by MTK.
